1. Booking and payment, first :

1.1 Booking Confirmation: As stated in the tour specifications, your reservation is only deemed definite after a non-refundable deposit or full money is received.

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods: In addition to bank transfers and credit/debit cards, we also accept additional payment options that the Company may designate. Depending on the mode of payment, additional costs can be charged.

2. Refunds and Cancellations :

2.1 Cancellation by the Client: Please send us written notice if you need to cancel your reservation. There might be cancellation charges, and they’ll change based on the tour and when the cancellation occurs. Details about refunds will be given upon request.

 2.2 Cancellation by the Company: Under extremely exceptional circumstances, the Company might be forced to postpone a tour. If this happens, you can choose between receiving a full refund or an alternative tour.

3. Travel Records :

3.1 Passports and Visas: It is your duty to make sure you have a passport that is up to date and any necessary visas for the place(s) you intend to visit. Any problems brought on by insufficient travel documentation are not the Company’s fault.

4. Insurance and health :

4.1 Health needs: It is your responsibility to ascertain and adhere to all applicable health regulations, including vaccination needs, for your intended destination(s).
4.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly advise getting all-inclusive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Any costs or losses suffered as a result of a lack of insurance are not the responsibility of the Company.

5. Changes to the Schedule :

5.1 Itinerary Modifications: The Company has the right to alter tour schedules in the event of an operational or safety emergency. Any substantial changes will be communicated to you as soon as feasible.

6. Code of Behavior :

6.1 Conduct: Throughout the tour, you are required to behave in a polite and responsible manner. Any participant whose conduct is disruptive or endangers the safety of others may be dismissed by the Company.

7. Liability :

7.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company disclaims all responsibility for any losses, damages, harm, or delays brought on by acts of God, governmental interference, theft, mishaps, or other unforeseeable events.

8. Grievances :

8.1 issues Procedure: Please inform the tour leader or a company representative right away if you have any issues while on the tour. We’ll do everything we can to quickly address and fix the problem.

9. Privacy :

9.1 Data Protection: In order to provide our services, we must collect and process personal data. Our Privacy Policy will be followed while handling your data.

10. Authority :

10.1 Governing Law: The laws of [Your Jurisdiction] apply to these terms and conditions. The courts in [Your Jurisdiction] will have sole jurisdiction over any disputes resulting from or connected to these terms and conditions.
